Current version is BG95M3LAR02A03_01.200.01.200

Can you send me latest firmware?

By the way, i did not do this firmware update process. if you have any documents, you can send it with the latest firmware..

dont upgrade i had the same fw and data was working with twillio super sim, then i upgrade to V3 latest now not able to connect

This version is quite newer, why do you want upgrade? is there any problems when you doing development?
