BG95-M3 cannot register LTE NW

Hi Sirs,
Could you please help to check below:

I can connect to GSM NW and get servingcell information, but i get some issues with LTE only as below:

  1. Execute “AT+QENG=“SERVINGCELL””, it will prompt “search” or “LIMSRV”, but there are connecting to NBIoT after execute “AT+QNWINFO”.
  2. QPING returns “OK, +QPING: 561”, Does it mean that internet is ok?

SIM card is China mobile.

As AT command shows, thats you got limited service on NBIOT B8, Could you please check the SIM if support to register LTE? or if there any special APN for register to LTE?

I will check with carrier of SIM card for LTE support.
And I do not set special APN for LTE, you can see below log information:

In addition, could you please help to check if the PING log is normal or not? It returns “+QPING: 561”. What does “+QPING: 561” mean?

It’s hard to say what’s the root cuuse without modem log. but please check which operator SIM using now & check at+QMBNCFG=“list” command response.
