BG95-M1 How to set ODIS

I am trying to ODIS setting for AT&T test in BG95-M1. However, setting AT+ODIS=“HUID1”,“HMAN2”,“HMOD3”,“HSW4” will return ERROR. The LTE fw version is BG95M1LAR02A04_01.005.01.005. (It has been working in version BG95M1LAR02A04_01.003.01.003)
Could you advise how to set it?

It cannot solve the problem.
The command replies ERROR.
