BG95 error to AT&V command and USIM_VDD not working

Hi,

we developed a custom board using the BG95 module using USB as the communication interface. We are able to connect to it and to run AT commands.
The AT&V command is just answering in ‘ERROR’, behaving differently than the AT manual V2 states. We are also not able to get the USIM_VDD to work. Is there a connection between both?

The firmware version is

AT+QGMR
BG95M3LAR02A03_01.005.01.005

Anyone having some experience (is it a software issue or a hardware issue in our design)?

Fixed the problem ourselves, we had a floating reset line from other tests. With that being fixed the SIM gets detected and with it the AT&V command is working too.
