Bg95 dns failed

Hello. I have 2000 BG95 devices here, and most of them are not working properly.

Basically, when i try to send QIOPEN, the device does not connect, and replies 565 (dns failed).

I read on the forum where someone had a similar issue, updated the BG95 firmware and it worked.

I was wondering if there is other solution, or I need to update all the firmwares? Where do I get it ?

Could you please check AT+QIACT? and AT+CGDCONT? response?
Because without modem log, we need to check if you are activated IPV6 or IPV4.
