BG95 AT&D returns ERROR

I’m new using the BG95-M3 module, but for some reason the AT&D0 returns ERROR, and I can’t find any documentation on that.

You can upgrade the firmware to try or tell me the firmware version you are using.

Hi Isaac. I have updated to BG95M3LAR02A04_01.002.01.002, still with the same problem.

I has tested locally, it is works, please check the module type.
I have tested it locally and it works. Please check the model of the module. If possible, test it with a module of the same model.
