BG95 and EG95 debug log

Hello,

We are investigating an issue where the modem decides to change network without any apparent reason. Is there any debug log or similar we can access to get a better understanding of what the modem is doing and why?

We are using BG95 and EG95.

I have tried to connect to the debug port over usb on the EG95 but does not see any data there.

Yes, as I wrote in my question

which is the port you are referring to. However I don’t see any data at all on this port. Do I need to enable it in some way.

I sent a driver by message. Have you installed this driver before? Can you read the USB DM Port after your module is connected to the computer?

Thanks for the driver, but that is not the problem.

I get the DM port listed as a virtual com port both in Linux and with the driver you provided also in windows. But I don’t see any data transmitted on the DM port.

How do I activate the debug log?
