BG77 USB Driver Problem on Windows 10

We have BG77 modules whose USB driver is not working well. Our OS is windows 10.

I already installed this driver (Quectel_BG96_Windows_USB_Driver_V1.0) but still not detected well.

Is there anything we need to do? This already happened on 2 BG77. UART lines are ok though and we can send commands.

This is what shown on device manager.

Btw, we have our own hardware.

It works! But we only see 2 ports. DM and NMEA(for gps). Does BG77 do not support USB AT PORT and USB Modem?
