BG77 UART lines are not working but there are logs on USB

I just like to ask what could have happened on our device with BG77.

We cannot send AT commands on the UART lines but there are logs like GPS NMEA when we check the USB port (-Quectel USB NMEA Port (COM 14)). We have our own hardware.

It is previously working then suddenly, there are no more replies. A microcontroller is sending the commands to BG77 UART lines. Is there something we accidentally activated or enabled?
