I have an issue, that i can not connect to the BG77 module thought quectel EFS explorer again, after I downloaded my quecopen application. I guess my application is corrupt, thought the (COM)Debug I saw my application threads is started but the module reset itself in ~33s.
Is there other way to delete or deactivate the quecopen application?
I try the AT-Command AT+QCFGEXT=“quecopen”,1 with positive response but it doesn’t work.

You can delete the quecopen app in EFS.
Thank you for your response. Unfortunately I didn’t have the QPST EFS Explorer Tool like you, only have the Quectel Efs Explorer Version 1.0. But currently this tool could not connect to the BG77 module though USB DM port.
Can you tell me where can get this tool or should I contact our quectel FAE?
