I am developing firmware on a proprietary board that uses the BG77. When used in the office it connected to an NBIoT service in about 20minutes (polling +QNWINFO frequently to check).
Now I am at home it will not connect to a service and randomly seems to reset as I see the ‘RDY’ followed by ‘APP_RDY’ URC being sent from the BG77. Is this behaviour something that happens if a service cannot be found (due to weak signal) or does it only occur after startup which would indicate it is resetting?

Very often this is a result of power supply not being sufficient. In the office you might have better coverage so the module draws less current then in places with weaker signal. So the module resets because the voltage drops too much. I’d check if enough capacitance is available. Those 100uF capacitors mentioned in the documentation are definitely not enough, unless you have a good power source.
