BG77 +CREG: 0,3 meaning

Hello~

While we’re using AT+CREG? to check registration status, we got “+CREG: 0,3” reported, from manual it means registration denied, but internet actually works.

However, the response of 0,3 will confuse our FW judgement, is that an FW bug ?

Same behavior under FW 01.004.01.004 and 01.009.01.009 on BG77
