BG77 - CME ERROR 714 with NBIOT

Hi,

I’m facing a problem using BG77 & 1NCE SIM. When using LTE-M I can do HTTP Posts successfully, using server host name & HTTPS.

When trying to do the same with NBIOT, I have some problems:

  • If using HTTPS, it never works
  • If using HTTP & hostname, the whole registration process goes well but HTTP Post is unsuccessful, with error 714
  • If using HTTP & IP, the HTTP post succeeds.

For verification purposes, I’m using a public server in https://webhook.site/

Modem firmware is BG77LAR02A04_01.008.01.008, I have already requested a delta firmware as it is quite old but I have another device with same firmware (different location & SIM) that is not having these problems

Signal quality is 27 so seems good enough.

Any idea of what can I check or if I’m missing any configuration?

I think this issue probably caused DNS server which assigned by network. you can try to using other SIM to verify it.
