Best method to factory restore RM5xx modules?

Hello,

What is the best and safest way to fully factory restore an RM5xx module, like the RM502Q-AE, via AT commands?

AT&F doesn’t seem to do enough to fully reset all settings to factory.

IS flashing the firmware the only way?

Why did you say the safe way? are you worried about some side effects?
