What is the best and safest way to fully factory restore an RM5xx module, like the RM502Q-AE, via AT commands?
Besides the QPRTPARA commands, and AT&F doesn’t seem to do enough to fully reset all settings to factory.
IS flashing the firmware the only way?
Why did you say the safe way? are you worried about some side effects?
Sorry for the delayed reply, I didn’t receive notifications.
It was said before that the QPRTPARA commands were hard on the NVRAM. That command doesn’t seem to work on the latest modules anyway.
Any of our 5G modules issues should be in the 5G Module part in this forum, it will be replied to by my fellows immediately.
