I have an Android pc box that uses a L76K with an external gps puck. I really like the performance of the GPS. I would like to set up a better Android PC with a faster processor and more memory but it is very difficult to find one with an external GPS puck.
Can the L76k be added to almost all Android PC devices/board? Or is there another setup that would work?
Thank you in advance
Hi @Buckshot
L76K outputs positioning information through the serial port, and the master control can obtain the message of L76K through UART.
Please understand I know nothing about UART or serial ports, I am not trained.
If I found an off the self factory set up Android mini pc like a BeeLink or similiar, is it possible to add GPS like the L76K ? Thank you
Hi @Buckshot
Apologies for the late reply
Yes, you can add any GNSS with Android pc through UART as long there is serial port
L76K is a module nearing its lifespan, would you like to know our latest module we have to offer
Best regards
