BC95-G can't find any network

Hello everyone,
I’ve been trying, for a few days, to use the NB-IOT network of a telecom operator called TIM, and I’ve been facing issues when I scan for the operators around, so, the module never registers to any network. This issue does not happen on another module from SIMCOM called SIM7020E. I hope someone could help me out. Thanks! Here’s the output:

hi,capedra:
According to the Log you attached, the module is not registered with the network;
+CSQ:8,99 indicates that the signal received by the module is weak.
I suggest you check from the following aspects:

  1. Confirm whether the antenna of the module is properly connected;
  2. Check whether the local network supports NB or Band28.

Hello Herbert,
Thank you for your support. You’re right: the signal was too weak. So, now, after I do AT+COPS=2 and AT+COPS=?, I can see the mobile network operator code (MCC+MNC). Now, I tried several antennas and on different sites, but the following error is:

hi,capedra:
Download the tool through the following link and capture logs through the debug port. After connecting the tool, run the following AT command to obtain the complete signaling process.

AT+CFUN=0
AT+NCSEARFCN
AT+CFUN=1
AT+CGATT=1

https://quectel123-my.sharepoint.cn/:u:/g/personal/ae-fae_dom_quectel_com_cn/EeUDa37BBDxKgjvAtkcgD2MBmCDfpNi0McdvTgkxnnTZRQ?e=yipYUs
After I grab the Log, UPLOAD the Log, and I’ll analyze it;
Log Default save path (document – >UeMonitor–>Projects)

In addition, the network cannot be registered due to no or weak signals according to you output logs!
