[BC660K] Radio Access Technology information relationship with CFUN?

I’ve seen (I really do not remember where, but probably from other vendor) that there would be a relationship between the Radio Access Technology (RAT) and the CFUN or COPS AT command with respect to storing the RAT information in the NVM.

I remember vaguely that they recommended that before restarting the module, a specific command should be executed to store the RAT information into the Non-Volatile Memory. So, this would speed up the next power on of the module in regard to the network registration.

Is there such a thing in the Quectel module? Maybe CFUN? Or am I mixing different vendors’ and RAT behaviors?

NB module does not need to execute related AT Command, and automatically saves related network parameters after completing related programs
