You are trying to use Google Drive directly, that won’t work at all, you must run your own HTTP Server, I recommend using Apache which is the easiest one.
Also, make sure that your router from your internet provider exposes the TCP port that you are going to use (probably port 80, but I strongly recommend to change it to a non-default port).
In my case, I had to access my router, and add a rule on the router to allow this specific port to forward requests to my computer running the HTTP server.
