BC660K-GL not responding to AT commands

We have developed the prototype using BC660K-GL interfaced with the MCU. VCC, ground, Tx and Rx connection done as per the datasheet. Setup is powered on and AT command is sent using the MCU to BC660K-GL module. We are not getting any response from the chipset. Tried sending “AT\r\n” command in loop but no response. Is there any way to identify if the chipset is powered on and in proper state.
VIO_SEL pin is not connected to ground but we are using level shifter to convert signal from 1.8v to 3.3v. It is also not help to get the response.

  1. What is missing in our configuration ?
  2. Is there way to identify if the module is in consistent state when powered on?
  3. If the chipset itself has gone bad ? How to identify ?
  4. How to fix this issue so that device responds to AT cmds?
  5. If VIO_SEL is floating then chipset will work ?

We are blocked with this issue, please help to resolve it.

Thanks,
Girish
