BC660K-GL failed to connect HTTP(s)

Hi,
By using BC660 to connect HTTP server I use these functions but the module returns Error.

AT+QHTTPCFG=“contextid”,0
ERROR
AT+QHTTPCFG=“responseheader”,1
ERROR

First question : Why doesn’t it answer to these functions?
Second question : I want to download a file from an URL , is it possible to do this with BC660K like BG96? I mean download file to RAM.
