BC660-GK power up and goes in download mode from UART

Hi,
I an using NB-IoT-BC66_Rev_B dev kit. When I power it up, it directly goes in download mode from UART and keep giving message as below on debug uart port:
‘boot rom try download from uart start’
‘download not success’
This continues for about 3 mins and then it boots up with message as below:
‘boot rom try normal boot start’
Here after it boots up and start responding to AT commands on UART main port.
How can I stop it from downloading from uart after power up?
Thanks,
Pradeep

Disable UART auto-download by ensuring valid firmware is flashed and BOOT pins are set correctly so the module skips download mode on power-up.

Thankyou for your response. I am using development kit, it has following circuit on BOOT pin - 7 of the module.

Here PWR_KEY is the net connected to BOOT pin of the module. This is only delaying the initial startup by around 1.5s. But my module boots up after around 30s.
Please guide further.

sorry for typo error - it is 3 minutes and not 30s

Is the module BC66NB or BC660K-GL? Because these two have different handling or PWRKEY/BOOT pin. With BC660K-GL you normally don’t use this pin. Is Start_E1 closed/soldered or open?

This is BC660K-GL. Here is the image of module.

You have Rev D and the latest schematics seems to be Rev B. Could you post a picture of relevant part of the PCB bottom? The Start_E1 may be soldered/closed, while you want it open.

Here is bottom side of PCB. I can see Start_E1 as soldered (short). Should I open it (desolder) and try?

Yes, desoldering should help.
