BC66-TE-B Error EPP Answer

I have the BC66-TE-B board. When i want to update my program i got “ERROR: EPP Answer”
I have installed the CP2108 driver. I can see interface 0-3 correctly. I can open COM Port wor QCOM for interface 0 and send AT commads etc. All commands work.
After first boot up i see
F1: 0000 0000
V0: 0000 0000 [0001]
00: 0006 000C
01: 0000 0000
U0: 0000 0001 [0000]
T0: 0000 00B4

But im not able to upload a new program. I added the test project to this message.

Hello:
Can your interface 0 COM port send AT instructions normally and receive the contents returned by the module?
What do you mean by uploading procedures?Is it the official firmware or the downloaded firmware compiled from the SDK package?
According to your feedback (test.zip) information, this is not the official SDK package. Where did you get this package?
Is the program you are talking about compiled and generated by (test.zip)?
