[BC66] No power on SIM_VDD - Cusom PCB

All,
My BC66 module is not getting power on SIM_VDD. It is a Custom PCB

Some details:
VBAT RF/VBAT BB - 3.42V
RX.TX - 1.8V
VDD_EXT - 1.8V ( after PWR_KEY low for 1 sec)

AT COMMANDS:
I am able to send “ATI” command and also recieve response…
When I try SIM related AT commands , it fails

BTW I used firmware BC66NBR01A10

It wasn’t a BC66 but when troubleshooting another module I noted that SIM VDD was only on for a brief period while the module read the SIM card once at power up.
So it may be worth checking with a scope to see if you get a pulse, in which case your issue could be elsewhere.
