BC66 attach speed on power-up

Is there any methods to decrease attach time after power-on? In my project to save battery life we disable power supply with MOSFET for BC66. And turn it up only when we need to send data to the server. Can we save some properties/values and restore it (like cell ID, etc) to speed up attach process to the network on next time?

If you don’t have strict requirements for power consumption, I suggest you enable PSM mode.

yes I have this requirements. There is no way to do this w/o PSM?
