BC65 conncection with NB-IoT network

Hi all,

I use a BC65 modul and will connect me with the NB-IoT network, without resullts.

First i configure the APN
AT+QCGDEFCONT=“IP”,“iot.1nce.net” i use a SIM from 1nce

than set the band
AT+QBAND=0

than i reset the BC65
AT+QRST=1

than i set to automatically report network
AT+CEREG=1

than i set to automatically report signaling connection report
AT+CSCON=1

but nothing work.
Confusing is if i execute AT+QENG=0 i only get OK instead of +QENG: 0,<sc_earfcn>,<sc_pci>,…

Did I forget a step?

hi,patrech:
You should first determine whether your SIM card provider and radio network service provider support NB networks.

Hi herbert,

Yes the SIM card provider support NB network, with the same SIM card and the BC660k modul, I get the connection with the NB network, but with the BC65 not.

Thank you for feedback!

Follow the at command below and upload the output

AT+CFUN=0
AT+QCSEARFCN=0
AT+CFUN=1
AT+CSCON=1
AT+QBAND?
AT+QENG=0
AT+COPS=0
AT+COPS?
AT+CESQ

Hi herbert,

This is my output.

hi,patrech:
I recommend that you cross-test with BC660K and upload the output

AT+CFUN=0
AT+CFUN=1
AT+CSCON=1
AT+CESQ
AT+COPS?
AT+QBAND?
AT+QENG=0

hi herbert,
this is the output of the BC660K modul:

hi,patrech:
1、Both modules support BAND20, so there is no problem in theory;
2、Do you have a more convenient way to communicate, such as wechat? At present, this problem may need to grab Log for analysis. We need to keep in touch;
3、I suggest you lock in BAND20 and replace an unused SIM card to the BC65; try it again!

hi herbert

i have wechat, how can i join in a chat?

my Wechat:18326194460

i have send you an invitation.

I didn’t receive it, please confirm it again

Or use my-id: wxid_vafm4sp5ompm22

I try it with a new SIM, this was not the problem.

hi,patrech:
I think the device may be bound to SIM card, which is common in China at present. Please consult the local SIM card provider and radio network operator.
