I think I’ve found what seems to be a bug in the EC25-AF firmware. I’m currently on T-Mobile US band 71 LTE, confirmed with:
AT+QENG="servingcell”
+QENG: “servingcell”,“NOCONN”,“LTE”,“FDD”,310,260,2AFFB3E,13,68686,71,3,3,3D56,-95,-14,-64,15,-
But when issuing:
AT+QNWINFO
+QNWINFO: “FDD LTE”,“310260”,“CDMA BC0”,3150
…it shows as “CDMA BC0” rather that “LTE BAND 71”

Dear Sir,
Sorry for bringing any inconvenience to you. Could you help to check the Firmware version, we need to double check it in our side. Or you can check with local Quectel FAE to get the latest Firmware, then upgrade it to have a try again. Thanks!

Yes, firmware is EC25AFFAR07A06M4G.
Can you confirm if there is newer firmware and if it contains bug fixes that might address this issue?
I get
+QNWINFO: “FDD LTE”,“310260”,“LTE BAND 4”,2225
OK

When on Band 4, that’s what I get as well. I believe the erroneous output from QNWINFO only occurs when the modem is on Band 71.

Dear Sir,
EC25AFFAR07A06M4G already is the latest FW. I will ask R&D to check it and fixed the issue in the next version. Thanks!
