Audio commands return ERROR

Dear Community,

I have a Quectel modem with the firmware RM502QAEAAR11A04M4G_01.006.01.006. When executing audio commands error is returned without further error codes. The test commands are executed successfully.

I need to play an audio file (8khz) in an ongoing call. So the AT+QPSND command returns an error.
