I am evaluating EG25G and FC20. I am unable to query FC20 as I get error always. Any suggestion? Can it be because of old firmware or hardware issue?

Yes, I did try it but it did not work.
However it also looks like the module has issues. i.e. it bricked when upgrading the firmware.
I am in process of getting a replacement module to try again.
How about the test result now with the new replacement ?
Replacement need reship, will update once I receive and test.
