AT+QLTS not working on EG91-EX

Hi, I have followed all the advice I can find on other posts for AT+QLTS feature not working including AT+CFUN=0 & AT+CFUN=1. See below for measures taken to allow module to acquire time from network. I am using Quectel Eval board for this and roaming SIM on UK networks. The only advice I have seen that I have not tried is a firmware update on the module. I would be grateful for advice on other things to try or where I can find firmware and update instructions. Hi @twilson , I’m going through the same error in my project: I’m getting connected to a working network with roaming service, in fact, I can even send data correctly, nevertheless, I cannot run AT+QLTS=2 command, it only answers “OK”.
I´ve already updated modem´s firmware version, but I still can´t get a reasonable answer from this command.
I was wondering if you got this problem solved.

I´ld really appreciate your help.
