I’m not able to get AT+COPS=? (only timeout error, sometime +CME ERROR: 10). I set the timeout to 180 sec as the documentation say.
AT+CPOL? return me only +CME ERROR:3
The modem is correctly connected to internet…
For your information, the modem is located on the border between two countries… perhaps this could be a problem?

The AT+COPS=? command needs to be executed in the idle state. Please disconnect your dial-up, use other data and voice services, and try again.
On other device I’m able to get COPS even if i’m connected to internet /dev/ttyUSB2. That takes ~20 seconds to get all opertators on /dev/ttyUSB3
I’ll try it on the other device and let you know
What do you mean by “data and voice services” ?
Like ping TCP/UDP connection or voice call
