Hi,

I want to use AT+COPS to select manually the operator.
But when I send “AT+COPS=1,2,21601” the answer is always a CME ERROR: 3.
Why does this happen and how can I change the operator manually if not this way?

How is this issue going on?
Is this sim card Telenor or a roaming sim card? Pelase check following information:
AT+CPIN? //Check if SIM is PIN locked
AT+COPS?
AT+CFUN? //Check module status
ATI //Check firmware version.

And please also try AT+COPS=2 then send your command again.
