  2. How to bypass my ISP blocking not phone IMEIs? Where to get valid IMEI?

You can use the AT+GSN command to query the IMEI number.

Two times will not damage the module, if used too many times, it may have an impact.

You can query it through the AT+GSN command, or obtain the IMEI number from the back cover of the module.
