AT command to fix servingcell

Is there any way to fix the commercial cell to which I want to be connected?
For a research assignment, I need to introduce jamming to the modem to observe how the RSRP and SINR levels of the servingcell degrade. However, when I introduce jamming, it changes the servingcell and I cannot analyse the degradation. I would like the modem to remain connected to the servingcell, even if other cells provide better conditions.

I tried the AT+QNWLOCK=“common/5G” command, but I saw that it is not recommended for use with commercial cells. Also, whenever I tried it, I got the same RSRP and SINR values, as if they were frozen.

Dear @Carlos_CM
AT+QNWLOCK=“common/5G” is not recommended for use with commercial cells.
Actually, if want to research, you can test with instrument, like CMW500.
