AT Command for Interacting with STK is needed

I have a GSM Gateway. I can run AT commands from the web pannel.

Now, I need to work with SIM toolkit (STK) menu. I know, it can be done with AT interface. I have run AT+QSTK=1. It returns OK, but nothing more. Restarting the module has no effect. Using the same SIM in a mobile phone shows STK menu correctly.
USSD with AT (AT+CUSD) works well.

I cannot figure out how to interact with STK menu using AT interface in this module.
