AT Command for BG95 GNSS

Hello can I ask how this AT command for bg95 works?There is no option <GNSS_state> in command.
So for example if I wanna write command - turn on GNSS with high accuracy, fix count 0 and fix rate 0.5 what should I write?

According to the AT format it should be:
AT+QGPS=1,3,0,0.5
