AT command band setting

How does the AT command to set the frequency band work? I want to set LTE lte band 40 ? AT+QCFG=“band”[,,].
And AT+QCFG=“BAND” +QCFG: “band”,0xd3,0x1e200000095 represent what band of LTE now?

This is what it shows when I insert the pc after inserting the USIM card in this module, why does it appear that CPIN first READY and then immediately NOT READY?I don’t think there is a wrong location for my USIM card.
