AG35EVD stuck in +CFUN: 5 Needs QCN/xQCN

My module is stuck in +CFUN: 5. Command like AT+QRFTESTMODE=0 or editing NV setting 453 using PCAT has no effect( Is it possible to get QCN/xQCN to restore EFS and calibration?
