Hi,
I want to understand the RF, non signaling Command Sequence Especially I highlighted below line.

The third parameter 2823 (hexadecimal: 0x2328) indicates that the frequency is 900
MHz, and the unit is 100 KHz

here what is THE UNIT IS 100KHz ?

HEX 2328=DEC 9000, and the unit of each numeric value in the decimal system is 100KHz.
so 0x2328=9000*100KHz=900MHz
