HI, we need support to reset or reprogram the stop working modules. around we are using 8000 modules from that we have 200 defective which are network not connecting. we are looking firmware along with flash tools.

EC25CGAR06A09M1G the issue for all sim not deduct.

@NikiWe have successfully flashed 40 out of 200 units with EC25-EC modules using firmware version EC25ECGAR06A16M1G, and these units are functioning correctly.

However, we are facing a serious issue with the remaining units. These modules are not detecting the SIM even after flashing the same firmware.

Also we are finding more two types of issues during the flashing process of the EC25-EC1 modem:

  1. Only COM Port 11 is Detected:
    During flashing, the system only shows COM port 11. No other expected COM ports appear after flashing also same.
  2. Module Not Powering On – No COM Port Displayed:
    In some cases, the module does not power on at all, and consequently, no COM port is displayed in the flashing tools.

May I ask if the current module can still send AT commands? Could you please provide detailed version information? Use the command to check. Is the current problem with the module caused by the firmware update? If you can send the AT command, please execute “at+cfun?”. Check the status.

Hi, thanks for sharing the survey info. We really appreciate the support from Quectel. We’re also facing some issues with a few modules not connecting to the network. It would be great if the team could share firmware files or tools to help us reset or reprogram the defective ones.
