Hi,
I’m experiencing an issue with my RG500Q router when trying to use a 5G SIM. Here’s the situation:
Without the SIM inserted, the router can list the available networks, including the 5G network. However, after inserting the SIM, the 5G network is no longer listed.

As you can see, the availability of the 5G network changes once the SIM is inserted. I’ve confirmed that my SIM supports 5G.
Has anyone encountered this issue before or have any ideas on what might be causing this? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
