5G modules Firmware

Please send me the firmware and all tools as well.

I currently have some issues connecting to 5G networks using both mentioned modules.
OS: Ububntu 22.04
LTE works well.

RM510QGLAAR11A03M4G
RM520NGLAAR01A05M4G

Both have trouble connecting to 5G.
