I wonder why old module such as RM50XQ which use X55 chipset got higher download speed compared to latest module like RM520N and RM530N which use X62 chipset.

Did you use the same SIM card and the register network? Did you connect the antenna correctly? The network signal and antenna also affect the performance.
This is based on the specification stated from the official website, I don’t test yet.
