Dear Team,

In our board we have connected EMMC memory to SDIO2 of EC200U.The firmware team is facing some issues with it.

In the hardware reference design document of ECU200U I can see that SDIO2 is connected to WLAN.

My question is given below.

1)Will EMMC work with SDIO2 ? or
2) do we need to make changes in the kernel for the same?

The board is already made. Now hardware changes are not possible

May I know how to check the firmware version. My firmware team don’t know that.
I got the below response from them “LTE01R03A04_BETA1106_C_SDK_U”.
I don’t know this is the firmware version or not.

I see you were using a QuecOpen SDK. You may want to create topic at Open Solution - Quectel Forums next time so the right person can support you.
Unfortunately SDIO2 is only for WLAN use for now. SDMMC function is still in development as you can see in the GPIO configuration sheet. So currently EMMC will not work with SDIO2.

@hari1 Sorry but I couldn’t give you a timeline. It’s been developed for a long time as I know it. I don’t have much info on this one.

Yes you can use SDIO1 for eMMC memory.
