What is maximum upload speed that is achieved with EC25EUXG using USB (full speed)

What actual upload speed is achieved using EC25 internal TCP/IP stack?
I can not achieve more than 100 - 150 KByte using UART or USB (12Mbit)
I am open transparent mode socket using command like : AT+QIOPEN=1,0,“TCP”,“xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx”,xxxx,0,1

Please, answer what Quectel achieve with these modules in this mode?
