What Communication Software Works Best for Your Remote or Hybrid Team?

At my current and previous workplaces, Slack has been our go-to tool for day-to-day communication. We’ve set up separate channels for each department, plus ones dedicated to ongoing projects and major announcements. It really helps keep everyone connected, though like many have probably experienced, the constant pings can sometimes break focus.

To share more detailed updates, we maintain an internal blog using Blogin. It’s great for long-form discussions, company wide news, and documenting key processes. I’ve found it super helpful for onboarding new team members since it acts as a central knowledge base and integrates neatly with Slack.

We also rely on Asana to track project progress and assign tasks, keeping our workflows structured and transparent.

I recently read this interesting article on business communication software that highlights various tools and approaches companies are adopting to streamline collaboration.

How about you? What mix of tools does your team use to stay aligned and productive?
