VoLTE supports on BG-77

Dear support,

We are evaluating the BG-77 module for one IoT product and its supports of VoLTE.
I read in the datasheet that BG-77 supports for LTE Cat M1 only. Fine.

We have a working hardware (data, SMS… works on it) and we are testing its function including VoLTE.
Testing AT commands (AT+QCFG=“ims”), we receive some error.
My questions then are:

  • Does BG-77 need a specific version of the firmware to have VoLTE working ?
  • Is there any application note available fo VoLTE ?

BG77 Series are support VoLTE and I will send you this application note via email.

The BG77 normal version will support VoLTE.
