Update new firmware for modem Quectel GSM EC20F failed

This is the INFO of my modem when using command ATI:

when I try to update to the firmware EC20CEFAGR06A16M4G using QFLASH on the Port,the error raised:
“FAIL, Confirm dynamic com port 5 timeout(N)!”
I still cannot update new firmware for the port.

  1. Excuse me, is the serial port occupied?
  2. May I ask if the baud rate is set correctly?

1.No the Serial Port is not occupied
2.The baudrate I set is 115200
I have downloaded the driver Quectel LTE&5G_Window_USB and driver Qualcoom USB Driver for Window but still the same.
and this is what is port is shown in device manager:

Thanks for the details.

Your module is currently on EC20CEFBK (EC20CEFBKR03A05M2G_GW), but you are trying to flash an EC20CEFAG package (EC20CEFAGR06A16M4G).

This branch mismatch can prevent the module from entering download mode and causes the “dynamic COM port timeout” in QFlash. Also, your PC shows “USB Serial Device” ports, which indicates the correct Quectel/Qualcomm driver is not bound for the upgrade interface.

To resolve this, use a target firmware that matches the EC20CEFBK branch, reinstall/bind the Quectel USB + Qualcomm QDLoader drivers, then run QFlash as Administrator and select the DM port for upgrade.
