I need to update my current firmware EC20CEFBKR03A05M2G_GW of my quectel 4G modem EC20 to the firmware EC20CEFAGR06A17M4G.Please send me the firmware and guid me how to update too.

Hi sir,when I press the button “load FW files” and choose the file prog_nand_firehose_9x07.mbn in firehose folder,QFLASH loads successully all the neccessary files and then i choose the port to update then press start button,after waiting for a while,the error raised “FAIL, Confirm dynamic com port 5 timeout(N)!”
My device is GSM Quectel Modem using chip EC20F.Do I need an .cfg file to upload the firmware as specifield in here:
