Unable to receive SMS delivery reports on an EG25-G module

On an EG25-G module, I am unable to receive SMS delivery reports.

using AT+CNMI=2,1,0,2,0 doesn’t work because the AT+CMGR command to read the report from the SIM returns nothing (see this linked topic)

If I instead try to use AT+CNMI=2,1,0,1,0 the module returns error despite at AT+CNMI=? command showing support for this mode.

how do I receive SMS delivery reports on an EG25-G?

Hi,
I did the test with EG25G as below, module can receive SMS delivery report.
Which firmware do you test? Please check it via ATI, then I can arrange the same firmware version test.
Then please pay attention:
Make sure the port is same with AT+QURCCFG=“urcport” configuration. For example, I open USB AT port to execute AT command and receive URC, please make sure AT+QURCCFG=“URCPORT”,“usbat” configuration.
