Unable to load CA certificate on EG800KCNGC module

Dear Quectel Support,

I am currently testing MQTTS on the EG800KCNGC module with firmware version EG800KCNGCR07A06M04, but I encountered an issue: I cannot load the CA certificate (cacert) into the module.

Here is the log for your reference:

I suggest you use the USB debugging tool and manually send AT commands for cross-validation.
